He helps structure the scope, control costs and budgets, and professionalize trade-offs on risks, indicators, and strategic decisions.
Do I have to use Matt?
No.
The use of Matt is optional and activated by IQar at the customer's request.
Once activated, each customer is free to choose which users are authorized to access the AI assistant in their SuitePro-G environment.
How much does it cost to use Matt?
There are no additional costs.
The use of Matt is included in the SuitePro-G license for all new customers.
Therefore, there are no additional fees to consider.
How is Matt different from generic AI?
Unlike general-purpose AI such as ChatGPT or Copilot, Matt is designed specifically for project portfolio management.
Developed by IQar, it understands the structure and data specific to SuitePro-G and provides contextualized, actionable recommendations for PMOs, CIOs, and business departments.
Where is the data used by Matt hosted?
Matt's processing is based on OpenAI technology, integrated into a secure framework and contractually controlled by IQar.
The data is neither stored nor reused for model training, and IQar is working in parallel to deploy an internal AI model hosted in France in order to strengthen control and confidentiality of processing.
